The refurbishment of 200 Buckingham Palace Road was a major project, covering everything from the basement up to level 7. This full-scale commercial office refurbishment aimed to modernise one of London’s prime office buildings, with a key focus on bespoke, durable washroom solutions designed for high-traffic areas.

At TBS Amwell, we were proud to design and manufacture tailored commercial washrooms that combined aesthetic appeal with practical functionality for a busy workspace. Our in-house installers, TBS Fabrications, then brough these designs to life on-site, ensuring a seamless fit and high-quality finish.
The refurbishment project involved a full strip-out across all floors, creating the framework for major upgrades. Structural improvements included new risers, updated wall partitions, ceilings, and premium finishes throughout the building.
The office washrooms were completely revamped, with high-spec commercial washroom installations across multiple levels. Open-plan and freestanding layouts were designed to accommodate a wide variety of users while withstanding the demands of a busy office environment.
From initial concept to final installation, TBS Amwell worked closely with the main contractor, Willmott Dixon Interiors and our in-house installers TBS Fabrications, to deliver custom commercial washroom solutions that integrate seamlessly with the building’s architecture.
All washroom installations were carried out by our experienced TBS Fabrications team, ensuring a flawless finish and durability across every cubicle and fixture.
The washrooms at 200 Buckingham Palace Road showcase how bespoke commercial washroom solutions can balance style, durability, and practicality. Every cubicle, bench, and fixture demonstrate how expert planning, high-quality materials, and in-house installation expertise can deliver premium office washroom solutions that meet the demands of modern workplaces.
