Client Brief – Full Office & Washroom Refurbishment

The refurbishment project involved a full strip-out across all floors, creating the framework for major upgrades. Structural improvements included new risers, updated wall partitions, ceilings, and premium finishes throughout the building.

The office washrooms were completely revamped, with high-spec commercial washroom installations across multiple levels. Open-plan and freestanding layouts were designed to accommodate a wide variety of users while withstanding the demands of a busy office environment.

Our Washroom Solution – Bespoke and Built to Last

From initial concept to final installation, TBS Amwell worked closely with the main contractor, Willmott Dixon Interiors and our in-house installers TBS Fabrications, to deliver custom commercial washroom solutions that integrate seamlessly with the building’s architecture.

Key features of our washroom solutions included:

• Urban Tall HPL Toilet Cubicles – Modern, private, and durable, ideal for modern office washrooms.
• Custom Urban SGL Island Cubicles – Freestanding, back-to-back cubicles designed to maximise floor space in changing and shower areas. Made from robust SGL material suitable for wet environments.
• Hardwood Benching – Added across all levels, giving the washrooms a warm, natural, and high-end feel.

All washroom installations were carried out by our experienced TBS Fabrications team, ensuring a flawless finish and durability across every cubicle and fixture.
