The client required modern washroom facilities for male and unisex areas that aligned with the clean, modern aesthetic of the wider building. Key priorities included durability, ease of maintenance, and a streamlined finish, alongside efficient use of space. TBS Amwell provided a fully coordinated washroom solution designed to support the client’s brief. By combining robust materials with intelligent design features such as concealed services and accessible maintenance points, the solution ensured long-term performance while maintaining a sleek, minimalist appearance. The result was a practical, yet refined washroom environment suited to a high-specification engineering facility.

PDQ Panel & Frame IPS Wall Panels

The PDQ Panel & Frame IPS system provided a fast-to-install, precision-engineered solution for concealing washroom services. Supplied with panels pre-assembled to a galvanised steel frame, the system is up to 50% quicker to install than traditional timber-framed IPS solutions, significantly reducing on-site labour time for contractors. Plus, the prefabricated components ensure accurate alignment and a consistent, high-quality finish.

Hinged and lockable access panels allow for simple, secure maintenance access, supporting long-term usability. Manufactured from 13mm Solid Grade Laminate, the IPS wall panels offer excellent resistance to moisture and impact, making them ideal for high-traffic commercial washrooms, and completed in our modern Stone and Fog laminate finish.  

Lago Slim Solid Surface Washtrough

The Lago Slim solid surface washtrough delivers a sleek, space-efficient handwashing solution with strong hygiene benefits, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial washrooms. It’s thermoformed solid surface construction creates a smooth, non-porous finish that minimise dirt traps and allows for easy cleaning and maintenance, supporting long-term performance in busy environments.

The washtrough was installed onto our Solid Grade Laminate PDQ Vanity & Frame system, complete with our Stone and Fog laminate finish. Hinged and lockable access panels provide secure and convenient access to services for facility managers. Supplied as a pre-assembled commercial vanity unit, the system arrives on-site ready to install and is up to 90% faster to fit than traditional washroom vanity systems.

Delivered in two complete units comprising of a galvanised metal frame, back panel, underpanel and washtrough, the solution enabled a simple and efficient installation while ensuring a clean, consistent, and durable finish across the washroom environment.
