The Challenge: With thousands of visitors flocking to the resort each day, maintaining clean and efficient washroom facilities is crucial.
The existing washrooms needed an upgrade to meet the demands of the bustling environment while ensuring durability, hygiene, and aesthetics.

The Solution: Smart CI Group instructed TBS Amwell to provide a comprehensive solution tailored to the needs of Chessington World of Adventures Resort. Our wide range of products were carefully selected to withstand the rigors of high-traffic areas while offering ease of maintenance to offer a continued sleek appearance. The products including Splash cubicles, PDQ Panel & Frame, and Solid Surface Washtroughs, are ideal for this challenging area.

SGL Splash Cubicles: 

• Manufactured from 13mm SGL- for maximum protection against water and vandalism
• Safe, robust and easy to maintain which makes this range perfect for busy environments 
• Satin Anodised Aluminium fittings & fixtures including DDA compliant white & red slide indicator bolts with emergency release facility
• Stainless Steel coat hooks fixed to the back of doors
• Safety hinges, adjustable to fall closed or open
• Doors in Lime Green, and pilasters and partitions in Spruce to keep the adventure atmosphere even in the washrooms

Solid Surface Washtroughs:

• Solid Surface Wash Troughs with a 550mm bed depth in Avalanche, supplied with cut outs for deck mounted taps and soap dispensers
• The underframe features SGL panels and MFC flash gaps, both in Spruce
• The panels offer easy access to the concealed services and plumbing
• Lower height vanity sections offered for children
• Hard- wearing, easily repairable and with a consistent finish throughout, the wash throughs ensure longevity even in the busiest environment

PDQ Panel & Frame:

• Arrived on site pre- assembled reducing installation time and costs by 50%, compared to a traditional timber frame
• Factory made metal frames with pre-hung panels and alignment brackets for easy installation
• 13mm SGL panels and flash gaps with aluminium base rails to provide maximum water and impact resistance
• Various panel splits to suit the WCs and urinals, with Panel Slider Brackets that allow hinged panels to rise and fall making it easier and safer to access the concealed services
• Supplied in Spruce to match the cubicle pilasters and partitions.
