Client’s Brief – Heavy Duty Commercial Washrooms for a Logistics Environment

The client required strong, reliable and hard-wearing commercial bathroom facilities suitable for a high-traffic industrial and logistics workplace.

The staff toilets needed to perform under constant use while remaining easy to maintain, hygienic and cost-effective over the long term. Durability was a key requirement, alongside a clean and functional washroom design, appropriate for an operational catering and logistics facility.

Fast installation was also important to minimise disruption during the wider build programme.

For this project, our Splash toilet cubicle system was selected due to its strength and suitability for demanding environments.

PDQ Panel & Frame, IPS System

To complement the toilet cubicles, we supplied PDQ Panel & Frame IPS systems in matching Solid Grade Laminate.

This IPS system provided a durable and coordinated finish across all washroom areas while concealing services neatly and efficiently.

The PDQ system arrives pre-assembled on a metal frame, significantly reducing installation time compared to traditional timber alternatives. Panel alignment brackets ensure precise installation, while pre-labelling and pre-hung components simplify onsite distribution.

This made it a highly efficient solution for fast-track commercial washroom projects.

Commercial Solid Surface Washtroughs

We also supplied premium solid surface washtroughs with PDQ vanity underpanels and frames.
