Client’s brief – Full Corporate Washroom Refurbishment

Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare International required the old male and female washroom facilities to be stripped out and completely replaced. This included the toilet cubicles, shower cubicles and countertop vanities, as well as infrastructure refurbishment of the sprinkler systems, suspended ceiling and Altro wall linings.

The customer’s primary objective was to modernise the outdated facilities, ensuring they met with the latest washroom regulation compliance and safety requirements while maintaining operational efficiency. Working under strict GMP regulations, the washroom project needed to be delivered on time, to specification and a high level of finish.

Our Corporate Washroom Solution

TBS Amwell was selected to manufacture and supply a full suite of washroom products to meet the client’s brief. Working in partnership with, JRD Design & Build, to deliver a coordinated corporate washroom solution that would meet the client’s functional and aesthetic requirements. Each product was tailored to suit the environment and finished in a contemporary Grey Plank laminate colour, providing a professional and consistent look across all washroom areas.

Impact HPL Toilet Cubicles

The Impact High Pressure Laminate (HPL) Toilet Cubicles were selected for their proven performance in high-traffic environments. Constructed from durable, moisture-resistant materials, the toilet cubicles deliver exceptional longevity and are easy to maintain – making them ideal for busy commercial washrooms. The Grey Plank laminate finish provided a contemporary and professional appearance that perfectly suited the corporate washroom setting.

Splash SGL Shower Cubicles

The Splash Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) Shower Cubicles were chosen primarily for its waterproof properties and its resistance to impact, heat and humidity. Designed for high-traffic, intense use, these shower cubicles provide long-lasting reliability in wet environments. Their clean lines and modern design enhanced the aesthetic of the refurbished corporate washroom space while ensuring maximum functionality and ease of cleaning.

Vanity Frame with HPL Access Panels

To compliment the toilet cubicles and showers, countertop vanities were supplied with durable HPL access panels in the same Grey Plank finish. The pre-built PDQ Vanity Frame system offered a quick and straightforward installation process. The underframe panels arrive on site pre-fitted to a steel frame saving time on-site while maintaining precision and quality. The vanity unit design provided easy access for maintenance and ensuring a clean and seamless appearance throughout the washroom areas.
