We do not accept returns on online items unless faulty – in which case we would need adequate images to evidence the issue. In case of faulty products, we will arrange for the collection of goods so we can investigate and arrange replacements. If it is a case of ordering the wrong item, we highly recommend checking with customer service prior to ordering so we can help you make the right choice.

We will always assume that site have adequate offloading facilities or manpower to offload, however, if this is not the case, we can offer to arrange for a moffet at a charge of £100 plus VAT. If you do not confirm any restrictions for offloading and the delivery is unable to be accepted once on site, this will carry a redelivery charge. Please ensure that if handballing from the vehicle, the panels are lifted off gently and not slid/dragged as this will cause damage to panels.
