Q) What is the maximum width of the PDQ IPS Panels?
The maximum width for hinged IPS panels is 850mm for non-hinged panels it is 900mm.

The maximum height of the IPS Panel System is 3000mm
Q) Can I customise the PDQ Panel configuration?
It depends on your washroom ceiling height, and whether you are including hinged access panels.
For example:
Hinged panels are only available in a 4-split panel model with the top of the 3rd panel position fixed at 1950mm above floor level.
If you prefer a non-hinged IPS Panel System you can choose between:
- 2-split panel model with a panel height of 1200mm as standard (excluding shower units)
- 3-split panel model with a unit height of 2499mm. Anything above 2500mm must be 4 panels.
*Anything non-standard will incur an additional cost.
Q) What is the maximum size for flash gaps?
The minimum visible top flash gap height is 50mm. This is to ensure the top panel can be removed.
Q) Can I add a lock to the access panel on my IPS system?
Of course, an Anti-vandal lock can be added as an upgrade for when extra security is needed
Q) Can I add a hinged access panel to my order?
Absolutely, as an added extra you can add a hinged access panel, opening and locking at 90 degrees allowing easy maintenance access.

Q) What material is used for the PDQ flashgaps?
Our Flash Gaps are available in both MFC and SGL finishes.
- MFC – Recommended for general use, as it’s easier to cut down on site.
- SGL – Required for wet areas, such as IPS panels in showers, to ensure durability and water resistance.

The PDQ Panel & Frame is available in MFC / HPL / SGL / Real Wood Veneer / ColourCoat
Q) Can I mix and match my colour finishes for the PDQ IPS Panels?
Yes, our PDQ is available in either 34 laminate colours or 11 Real Wood Veneer finishes and you can choose multiple colour configurations for this product.
