- Commercial: 1 toilet for between 1-5 people, 2 toilets for between 6-25 people etc.

Q) How does Approved Document T apply to commercial washrooms?

Q) What information do I need to supply to get a quote for my washroom?

A) You will need to provide:
- The cubicle range you are interested in
- Your room layout: drawings or dimensions of the washroom, along with the height, width, depth of your cubicles, and the overall ceiling requirements.
- Material choice: consider the type of environment in your washroom, such as whether it will be dry or wet and the amount of traffic. For more information click to view our material choices. If unsure, you can book our FREE site survey where our Technical Manager will measure and recommend the best range for your washroom layout and budget.

Q) What floor clearance options are available for your toilet cubicles?

A) We offer floor clearances of 100mm with our Standard Cubicles and 5mm with our Privacy Cubicles.
