Project Managers
Your first port of call at TBS Amwell- our team of specialists who are readily available to address your individual project needs and respond to any enquiries. Throughout the specification process to order placement, our project managers can provide expert guidance on material selection, colour choices, and lead times, ensuring timely delivery for project completion. Additionally, our team is equipped to supply any necessary marketing materials, including samples and product proposal packages, to assist you in visualising the products before they arrive on-site.

Estimating
Recognising that every washroom project operates within a budget, our Estimating team is always available to help. Upon receiving your specification, they will review it alongside all supporting documentation and drawings, and then provide you with a comprehensive quotation. Our commitment extends to delivering fully costed quotes within a 24-hour timeframe.
Computer Aided Design (CAD)
Once you have placed your order, it's time for our CAD team to work their magic by turning your washroom specification into technical drawings. Before you place your order, you'll select whether or not you want Drawings For Approval (DFAs). If the answer is Yes, you will be sent full elevation drawings for you to approve. These are provided in PDF format as standard. In the interest of speed, non-DFAs are often specified, in which case your order will move straight through to production following a full and final sign-off process.

Production
At the final sign-off, your order will move through to our UK-based factory. With state-of-the-art equipment and a highly experienced team, our factory boasts a dedicated quality control protocol to ensure that no products leave in anything but perfect condition– you have our word. To top it off, for added assurance, we also offer a five-year guarantee.
