Throughout the specification process to order placement, our project managers can provide expert guidance on material selection, colour choices, and lead times, ensuring timely delivery for project completion. Additionally, our team is equipped to supply any necessary marketing materials, including samples and product proposal packages, to assist you in visualising the products before they arrive on-site.

Once you have placed your order, it's time for our CAD team to work their magic by turning your washroom specification into technical drawings. Before you place your order, you'll select whether or not you want Drawings For Approval (DFAs). If the answer is Yes, you will be sent full elevation drawings for you to approve. These are provided in PDF format as standard. In the interest of speed, non-DFAs are often specified, in which case your order will move straight through to production following a full and final sign-off process.
